Third Sector PR set up media training for its senior personnel, rehearsing typical scenarios that might occur and agreeing messaging and interview techniques.
It then put forward internal mechanisms for information to employees should incidents occur, how to deal with them in the first instance and procedures for best dealing with media interest.
Also included in the training was consideration of all the Group’s audiences from employees to service-users.
